Biography
I am an experienced statistician with over 17 years of professional service at the National Bureau of Statistics, South Sudan. My expertise spans economic statistics, data management, survey design, statistical software, and reporting. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to lead teams, manage projects, and produce high-quality analytical outputs. At the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), I oversee data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. My responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring data quality, and contributing to national surveys and efforts to strengthen the country's statistical systems. I hold a Master’s in Official Statistics from EASTC, Tanzania, and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Environmental Studies from the University of Juba. Currently, I serve as the Acting Chief for Economic Statistics, at the National Bureau of Statistics, where I continue to provide dedicated service.
