Biography
Philip Achiek Yen is a South Sudanese public servant with many years of experience. He currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), where he leads the human resources management department. Philip holds a bachelor's degree in management (General) from the University of Cambridge, UK, and is a master's degree candidate in Business Administration at the University of Juba, South Sudan.
